London pt1...Harry Potter and Wicked

Last Christmas, we were in Krakow...alone. I am not going to pretend that it was a great time for just our little family. It was not. We were sad and lonely. The day drug on...and on...and on!!! My mom and stepdad came the day after but that day was just blah! This year, while in Greece, we talked with our friends who live in London and decided it would be fun to spend Christmas together. They had an apartment that interns had been living in. They had just left and it was available for us to stay in. BLESSING!!

James's mom (Nonny) paid for us to go to Warner Bros studio where they filmed all 8 Harry Potter movies. It was amazing!! If you are a Harry Potter fan and are ever in London, I think it is worth seeing...although it isn't cheap. We saw the actual great hall decorated as it was in the movie for Christmas, the boys dormitory, potions classroom, Dumbledor's office, and thousands of props. The girls even got to ride on a broom and the flying car in front of a green screen and we got to see them look like they were flying all around London. And of course it wouldn't be complete without a cold glass of Butter Beer! Fun times! I took like 150 pics...I won't bore you with them all!

Part of the girls Christmas gift was tickets to see Wicked the musical. This is one of my all time favorites! James has seen in 4 times now, I have 3 times, Ella now twice and this was Macie's first. We loved just as much as the other times.
